LGOP Analytics was founded by Neil Hagy, an Army logistics and maintenance leader who spent years building the readiness reporting that commanders actually used.
The work started with a simple frustration: the data existed, but nobody could see it in time to act. Fleet status lived in one system, services in another, parts in a third, and the weekly picture depended on someone staying late to stitch spreadsheets together.
That experience shapes everything here. Reports are built for the person reading them at 0600, not for the analyst who made them. Automation is built to survive staff turnover. And nothing ships without the documentation to keep it running.
